BIOGRAPHY
Zachery Howser lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Design (Architectural) from The Design School at Arizona State University, where he continued earn his Master of Architecture title.
Since earning his M.Arch (2018), he has been working as an Architectural Associate at Architectural Resource Team in Phoenix, Arizona, working on various project types throughout the design process (pre-design through project closeout).
Zachery’s passion and interest for design encompasses many disciplines and sectors; architecture, interior architecture, landscape architecture, sustainability, biomimicry, regenerative design, amongst others. Outside of professional work, he participates in design competitions to improve and challenge his crafts.
Two of Zachery’s long-term goals are to earn his architectural license, as well as formally teach design in academia. Zachery hopes to make an impactful contribution to the practices he works at, as well as the world.

All designs are problem to be solved. Solving the problem begins with asking questions. Question everything.
What is the context? (local, regional, national, international)
How can the context positively inform the design? How can the design positively contribute to the context?
What is the thesis of the project? What is the antithesis?
What are the truths? What are the suppositions?
What is the latent potential of the design?
What is the logos, pathos, and ethos of the design? How do they work together?
